銅礦砂簡介：

銅礦砂廣泛應用於鑄造、鍛造、機械、冶金、熱處理、鋼結構、網架結構、集裝箱、船舶、修造、橋梁、礦山、等領域的清砂、除銹、強化、成形、消除應力及各種型材的表麵清理和塗裝、電鍍前的粗糙（拉毛）預處理。

銅礦砂用途：

一、適應新舊鋼鐵室外表麵清理、除銹、強化等。 

二、做為耐磨地坪骨料，可制成堅硬地板磚，適用於廣場、貨場地麵防滑等  

三、適用於配重砂、如水泥廠等。 

四、經精細加工之後，適用於牛仔佈噴塗及各種較精密的噴塗使用。

銅礦砂具有硬度高、外形有菱角、噴射效果好，與石英砂相比其除銹效果要比石英砂好。1.多菱角形、效率快於石英砂，因石英砂噴射出去碰到鐵之後變成瞭粉狀和圓球狀，而銅礦砂碰到鐵之後分裂成2-3個銅礦砂，其形狀不變，其鋒利的刃在除銹中效果非常快，可以回收利用3次。而石英砂因形狀變為球狀而除銹效果大大降低。2、石英砂因其碰到鐵後形成粉塵而造成瞭環境污染，工人容易得職業病，鋼鐵麵板上形成一層石英粉，影響下道序的施工和施工質量，其銅礦砂沒有上述情況，這也是這麼多年大型 防腐公司和大型造船廠改用銅礦砂的原因。
