Series LP / SP

Nominal bore:

2.5, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 12, 19, 32 and 50 mm

Working pressure:

up to 10 MPa (single types up to 20 MPa) dependent on nominal bore and material; in part also suitable for vacuum

Media:

water, compressed air, diverse fluids, fuel, lubricating greases / oils, technical gases

Materials:

steel and brass with different surface coatings, stainless steel 1.4404 / 1.4571 or similar

Special features:

Squirt-free, many types of connections, locking aid, ring grips for larger nominal bores

Series KL

Nominal bore:

6, 12 and 30 mm

Working pressure:

up to 1.2 MPa (dependent on nominal bore and material)

Media:

water, compressed air, diverse fluids, fuel, lubricating greases / oils, technical gases

Materials:

polyamide (PA), polyvinylidenfluoride (PVDF), polypropylene (PP), polyacetal resin (POM) or similar      

Series UF

Nominal bore:

6, 7, 12, 19 and 32 mm

Working pressure:

up to 4 MPa (dependent on nominal bore and material)

Media:

water, compressed air, diverse fluids, fuel, lubricating greases / oils, technical gases, etc.

Materials:

steel and brass with different surface coatings; stainless steel 1.4404 / 1.4571 or similar

Special Features::

Due to the different shape of the guiding parts (triangular, square, round) of coupling and adaptor only coupling halves with equivalent shapes can be connected.

Series BF

Nominal bore:

5, 9 and 12 mm

Working pressure:

up to 0.4 MPa (dependent on nominal bore and material)

Media:

water, steam, solvents, acids, bases, oils, all non-lubricating media, etc.

Materials:

stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 or similar

Special features:

Clean break coupling with easily cleanable smooth ball-face outer contour;

can also be connected under high pressures, squirt-free, high flow rate, automatic lock

Series LS

Nominal bore:Working pressure:

6, 9 and 11 mmup to1.2 MPa

Media:Materials:

compressed aircoupling housing: steel durnicoated

locking sleeve: brass passivated

Special features :

Compressed air safety coupling with automatic lock and very high flow rates; a special design avoids the dangerous whip effect completely.

The safety coupling is "DEKRA type-tested".

Fits onto different nipple contours.

Special features:

compressed air safety coupling for high flow rates

(free pass when valve is opened)

Unlocking only possible with low residual pressure (this avoids the dangerous whip effect completely).

Special features:

Compressed air coupling in very light design for use on the tool side, very high flow rate, fits onto different nipple
