1、采用風送道與進瓶撥輪直連技術，取消瞭進瓶螺桿及輸送鏈，變換瓶形簡單容易。
2、瓶子傳輸全部采用卡瓶頸技術，變換瓶形無須調整設備高低，隻需更換與瓶身直徑相關的弧形導板、撥輪等尼龍件。
3、特殊設計的全不銹鋼沖瓶機瓶夾結實耐用，不接觸瓶口螺紋部位，避免瓶口二次污染。
4、開閥機構由氣缸驅動，動作準確可靠。高速大流量、高精度灌裝閥，灌裝速度快，液麵準確。配備完善的CIP回路及控制程序，設備清洗就地進行。
5、出瓶撥輪瓶底托板采用螺旋下降方式，變換瓶形無須調整出瓶輸送鏈高度。
This machine is a unique design combining the three machines of bottle-washingfilling and capping in one to decrease main power, to save space and to diminish the air pollution among the three machines. It is applicable for carbonated drinks filled in plastic bottles and capped with plastic caps,with optional capacity from 5000BPH to 18000BPH.
