●在線影像測量機是機械加工過程中一種輔助測量機器。產品體積小，重量輕，可自由安裝於機床主軸上，對工 件進行直接測量，測量數據可由數據線傳輸到顯示器上，工作人員可現場觀察工件產品質量（如產品尺寸，光 潔度，氣孔，裂紋，沙眼等）第一時間對產品進行修正
●提高加工精密度：測量時工件沒有移動，機床可直接進行二次設定加工，可精準加工出我們所需要的尺寸。測 量機直接安裝在3A系列卡盤上，重復定位精度0.002MM，也可以根據生產要求安裝於不同機床
●提高工作效率：減少瞭由測量到二次加工所需要的工件校正時間，減少人為設定誤差

·Visual measuring scope is a supplementary instrument that can be used directly during machine processing.Scope is small size with light weight that it can be mounted on the machthe head to measure workpieces.As measured data is directly sent to monitor，operator can check the quality immediately on-site such as size，fineness，presence of air holes，cracks，dit etc.Therefore immediate correction can be made
·Enhanced machining accuracy：As workpiece is not moved during measuring process，next process can be set up at the same machine and required precision can be met.Scope can be mounted on any 3A series chucks with repeat accuracy of 0.002mm,which can be maintained on differ on machines
·Enhanced efficienc：Due to the reduction of measurements step and possibly correction step as second process，lessen personal set up error
