    纖維球濾料是由纖維紮結而成的球形濾料，它與傳統的鋼性濾料相比，具有彈性效果好，不上浮水面，空隙大，工作周期長，水頭損失小等優點。

    在過濾過程中，濾層空隙沿水流方向逐漸變小，比較符合理想濾料由上大下小的孔隙率分佈，從而形成瞭濾速快，截污容量大，過濾效果好，可再生反復使用，不必全部更換，省時省力等優點。

　  纖維球濾料，可將不易沉淀去除的微小懸浮物截留。濾速比傳統砂濾料高3.5倍，濾料能反洗再生，可實現自動化管理，一般濾速30m/h，粗濾進水100mg/l，出水≤5mg/l，精濾進水20mg/l，出水≤2mg/l。

　　性能和特點：本產品選用高醛化維呢綸，定型滌綸絲為原料。用自身表面所沾附的大量生物團與充氧，污水反復接觸，使廢水中的懸浮物及有機物降解而達到處理目的。它的特點在於：1.質輕、強度高，物理化學性能穩定，經久耐用。2.隨水飄動的纖維絲，使填料之間空隙可變，不易被生物膜堵塞。3.比表面積大，活性強，處理效果好。

纖維球主要分類

　　纖維球主要分為普通纖維球和改性纖維球。

　　改性纖維球適用於油田含油污水的精細過濾，也適用於其它工業廢水的精細過濾。

　　改性纖維球去除油及有機物的機理為：直接攔截、慣性攔截和電化吸附。濾前水質含油≤15mg/L，懸浮物≤10mg/L；濾後水質含油≤5mg/L，懸浮物≤2mg/L。

　　改性纖維球表面經過改性處理，對油及有機物的吸附能力增強；改性纖維球新型結紮方式，運行時濾層孔隙率沿水流方向逐漸減小，形成瞭比較理想的濾料上大下小的孔隙分佈狀態，過濾效果更好；濾速高，可達25-30m/h。濾料隻需每年補10%左右，無需更換。 改性纖維球與普通纖維球最大的區別在於是一種不同於紡織用染色性差的高分子聚合物----改性纖維絲束精細制作而成，親水疏油，在對含油污水處理中具有效果佳、精度高、易沖洗、使用周期長等優點，廣泛應用於油田、石化加工，印染等行業污水處理中。
