水轉印技術是利用水壓將帶彩色圖案的轉印紙/塑料膜進行高分子水解的一種印刷。
　　隨著人們對產品包裝與裝飾的要求的提高，水轉印的用途越來越廣泛 。其間接印刷的原理及完美的印刷效果解決了許多產品表面裝飾的難題，主要用於各類陶瓷，玻璃花紙等的轉印。

　　 水轉印加工一般而言各行業皆可適用，大致包括有塑膠、尼龍、木質、鐵、鋁、銅、玻璃、電木、陶瓷、ABS、PC、PP、PVC、PU、PE、TPR、PS等.
　　 披覆轉印技術可將彩色圖紋披覆在任何形狀之工件上，為生產商解決立體產品印刷的問題。曲面披覆亦能在產品表面加上不同紋路，如皮紋、木紋、翡翠紋及雲石紋等，同時亦可避色一般板面印花中常現的虛位。且在印刷流程中，由於產品表面不需與印刷膜接觸，可避免損害產品表面及其完整性.

　　★水轉印工藝具體可分為七步來操作：
　　1.披覆薄膜：將水溶性薄膜預先印上所需圖案；
　　2.活化:採用特殊溶劑使薄膜上的圖案活化成油墨狀態。
　　3.披覆：利用水壓將圖案轉印於被印物體上。
　　4.水洗：將被印工件上殘留的雜質用水沖洗乾淨.　　
5.乾燥：將被印工件烘乾。
　　6.噴面漆：噴上PU透明光油保護被印工件表面。
　　7.再乾燥：將噴完面漆的物體表面進行乾燥。
