A:We are a professional Manufactory specializing in EVA slippers ,foot warmer , indoor slippers,plush slippers,EVA growth chart ,sun visor for many years. We have more than 1000 works,in Foshan ,Guangdong province,China.Our factory have passed IS09001:2000 Audit. Our products have passed SGS / CE / EN-71 / TUV CERT.  And we are AAA grade credit enterprise.

我們是一傢專業的生產廠傢，專營EVA 拖鞋，暖腳鞋，室內拖鞋，毛絨拖鞋，毛絨玩具、EVA 身高尺，遮陽帽多年。我們在廣東佛山有1000多件作品。我們的工廠已通過ISO9001:2000 國際標準化組織質量管理體系2000版。我們的產品主要通過SGS / CE / EN71/ TUV 認證。我們是AAA級銷售信用企業。

A: Our factory is located in Dajiwei Industy Zone , Hexi Village , Yanbu Town , Nanhai Area , Foshan City , Guangdong Province , China . Welcome to visit our factory and have a good cooperation .

3、Q:How can I get the samples?

我應該怎麼取得樣品？

 
A:  We are honored to offer you samples，If you need samples to see our workmanship and quality, we can offer similar styles freely which is available , but you need to pay for the transportation freight , and please offer the express account and address in details to us .

If you need to design your LOGO proofing, pls send the LOGO pictures to us, the sample charges will calculate according to your LOGO design and other specific requirements . 

我們很榮幸為您提供樣品，如果拿我們現有的樣品看做工和質量，我們免費送樣品，但您需要支付快遞費，並請提供到付帳號給我們；如果需要按照您的設計LOGO打樣，請發LOGO圖片，樣品費將根據您的logo設計和其他特殊要求來計算。

4、Q:How much the transportation freight of samples?

 樣品的運輸費用是多少？

A:The freight depends on the weight and packing size and your area.

 運費取決於重量、包裝尺寸和您所在的區域。

 5、Q:How long can I expect to get the sample?

 多久我可以收到樣品？

  A: A similar spot reference samples can be sent on the day..The samples will be sent via express and arrive in 2-5days.

    The custom samples will be ready for delivery in 5-7 workdays.The samples will be sent via express and arrive in 2-5 days. 

類似的現貨參考樣可以當天發送，快遞3-5天到達；

訂制樣品會5-7個工作日準備好交付。樣品將發送快遞,3 - 5天到達。

6、Q:Can we have our Logo or company name to be printed or embossed on the products/ package?

我們的商標或公司名稱可以印在您的產品或者包裝袋上嗎?

 A:  Sure. We can print or emboss your Logo on the products or packing box by heat  transfer, Printing,Embossing, Embroidery, Silk-screen Printing or Sticker. For patent protection purpose, a letter of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for the logo.

     We usually produce goods based on customer’s samples or based on customers’ picture, logo, and size detail information design for customers.

    當然可以，我們可以通過熱轉印、壓花、雕花、電繡、絲印或貼紙 在產品或包裝上來印刷您的logo或公司名稱。為瞭保護/維護您的專利，您需要提供logo 的委任證書（授權證書）。

    我們通常是根據客戶的樣品，或基於客戶的圖片、logo、尺寸大小等詳細信息來為客戶設計生產。

7、Q:How to order?

 如何訂購？

 A:Please send us your purchase order by Email or Fax(86-757-88561092),or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order . We need to know the following information for your order before sending you PI.

  請把貴司的采購訂單通過電子郵件或傳真(86-757-88561092)寄給我們, 或者你也可以要求我們給你一份關於你訂單的形式發票。在發送給你之前我們需要知道關於貴司的以下訂單信息。

1)Product information-Quantity,Specification(Size,Material,Technological and Packing requirements etc.)

    產品信息數量、規格(尺寸、材料、技術和包裝要求等)。

 2)Delivery time required.

   交貨時間的要求。

 3)Shipping information-Company name,Street address,Phone&Fax number,Destination sea port.

    航運信息公司名稱、街道地址、電話和傳真、目的（海）港。

 4)Forwarder's contact details if there's any in China. 

   如果有中國貨代，請給予詳細聯系信息。

 8、Q. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

    關於質量控制，你的工廠是如何做的? 

A：Quality is priority! Every worker keeps the QC from the beginning to the end of the process ; 

  1) Before the production line, all the raw materials by IQC full inspection screening, then into the process of production.

  2) In the production line ,each process has a IPQC patrol inspection test.

  3) Before the packaged, the finished by QC full inspection ,then into the next process of packaging.

  4) Before the shipment ,OQC will do a sampling inspection for the product .

   所有的原材料上線前由IQC全檢篩選後流入制程過程。

   制程過程中每個環節都有IPQC巡查檢驗。

   包裝前成品由QC全檢後再流入下一工序包裝。

   出貨前OQC會針對每款產品進行抽樣檢查。
