【1.4529機械性能】

我國的UNS T31501相當於美國AISIXXX,1.4529相當於AISIXXX,1.4529=中國臺灣XXX=國際標準XXXX=俄羅斯UNS T31501=日本1.4529= 德國 1.4529-10=美國 1.4529 　　如果用於700℃的高溫，1.4529 應該是可以勝任的，因為它既是奧氏體不銹鋼，又是應用很廣泛的奧氏體熱強鋼，不過最好不要超過750℃，其熱處理為固溶處理，即加熱至1000℃以上，保溫一定時間 後水淬，再采用高於使用溫度60~100℃做時效。量等。

【1.4529熱處理工藝】

條件A - 1900（1038 C）浸泡30分鐘，低於60架F（16℃）為完整的馬氏體相變冷卻。條件H 950 - 治療條件為1小時，空氣中冷卻的材料在900 F（482 C）.. 條件H925，H1025，H1075，H1100，H1150浸泡4個小時的解決方案處理後的材料在特定的溫度，空氣涼爽，條件H1150M，浸泡溶液處理後的材料在1400℉（760 C），2小時，空氣冷卻，然後再熱1150 F為4小時，空氣冷卻（620 C）。

【1.4529焊接性能】

成功常見的融合和阻力方法焊接，這不應該被加入合金氧乙炔焊。如果需要的話，建議AWS E/ER630填料金屬。
