一：使用方法

2.在液體轉變為固體的同時，可用手掌輕輕按壓袋體，使熱量均勻擴散，讓袋體溫度均勻。
3趁熱將敷袋放置於你所需要的地方或部位（如冬季被窩內，外衣口袋內或扭傷的肌體部位），進行取暖或熱敷。
二：第二次使用
