We also adopt the brand-new CNC high precision grinder to make our mechanical thread rolling dies. Our factory cannot be too cautious in terms of choosing the material for thread rolling dies. We request that the material for thread rolling dies must contain over 1.5% M, over 2.2% M0 and over 1.5% V. Although the cost of the material is way too high compared to other factories in the same industry, we think that this is our pursuit.
