2.長期合作的批發客戶我們實行長拿長保製度。少量拿貨客戶,我們依據相關法規執行(7天內非人為的質量問題退換貨,30天內保修,能源類產品180天內保修)。客戶在發現產品質量問題退貨時,請用普通快遞退回我公司,運費客戶墊付.若客戶在未與客服溝通情況下,直接退貨,我們將不予受理;我公司不接受到付件。
