4、關於發貨

由於我們的商品網上網下同時批發銷售，不排除出現拍下沒貨情況，請買傢諒解，配合更換其它款式或退款，最好在拍前咨詢客服。每天下午4點前確認付款的訂單一般可以在當天發出，之後的訂單順延至第二天發貨，如遇到星期天及節假日順延，發貨日另行通知。

5、質量問題說明

質量問題說明：根據<<國傢三包法鞋類產品三包服務明細>>及<<消費者權益保護法鞋類細則>>，鞋類發生尺寸明顯大小不一、順腳、斷幫、斷底、皮麵脫落、嚴重脫漿、開膠、開線、掉跟的情況，屬於質量問題。 氣味、少許膠漬，肉眼在1.5米外不能明顯分辨的 痕，鉆飾脫落，不屬於質量問題。 

6、退換貨服務

質量問題包換，來回郵費全部由我們一方承擔，須在2天內與我們客服聯系，提供圖片確認並寄回商品，收到寄回商品後確屬質量問題，將更換商品再次寄回到您手中；尺寸問題更換所產生的雙程運費由買傢自理，需要更換貨的，請在收到商品後2天內聯系客服，及時寄回商品，並主動承擔來回運費。
