slide one strutz on your foot black side facing down ,with pointed end toward heel
position cushion pad of strutz between ball of foot and heel .adjust where additional
support is desired
stand up to see if strutz feel comfortable ,rotate around foot until content.
repeat on other foot ,if necessary
