【用途指導】:

◆放在光滑的平臺上使用，向下按固定吸盤。

◆按照好推板，鏈接釘盤及旋轉柄並鎖緊。

◆插入/抽出刀片。

◆向下按，扣緊刀片。

◆將食物一麵切平，固定在釘盤正中的位置。

◆食物與釘盤成一軸心。

◆右手順時針搖動旋轉手柄並向前推進。（註意：左手扣住機身及推板手柄，以便向前推進及快速刨切！）
