智能腕式舒壓睡眠護士采用按摩與脈沖刺激作用於睡眠黃金三角區，打通人體的經絡，喚醒人體睡眠機能，同時調節人體情緒和睡眠有關的神經遞質分泌，以此起到治療效果。
