    握力圈握力級別的選擇:將握力圈放在手掌中央位置,手指、前臂和手掌同時用力,緩慢捏下握力圈,直至握力圈可移動空間達到極限,然後放松手指,讓握力圈自然舒展;能反復抓握20次左右,則該級別為適合握力級別。

    握力圈大小選擇:將握力圈放在手掌中央位置,其直徑范圍應位於拇指內側根部垂直線和小指第一關節方位以內。

    鍛煉方法:將尺寸和握力級別適合的握力圈放在手掌中央位置,手指、前臂和手掌同時用力,緩慢捏下握力圈,直至握力圈可移動空間達到極限,放松手指,讓握力圈自然舒展;反復抓握20次左右;換手練習,雙手各抓握20次為一組,一般應重復10-15組練習。
