使用方法：

1.冷敷：直接使用，或置於涼水中浸泡20分鐘後取出使用。

2.熱敷：把眼罩放入80℃以下的熱水中，待幾分鐘變熱後取出使用。熱敷有助血液流通，能加快血液循環。每次熱敷時間應控制在15-20分鐘。

3.冰敷：將眼罩用塑料袋密封好，置於2-8℃冷藏室冷藏10分鐘後取出。冰敷有助於血管收縮，但時間不宜過長，應控制在20分鐘以內。

作用效果：

1.眼袋、黑眼圈：45℃熱敷10分鐘，再冷敷1-2分鐘。可促進血液循環、消除黑眼圈、眼袋，收保健美容之效

2.緩解眼疲勞：45℃熱敷5分鐘，再冷敷5分鐘。有減緩眼球充血、收緊眼部皮膚之效

3.提神解乏:熬夜導致疲勞、困倦，或喝酒過量時，冷敷額頭可提神醒腦解乏
