冷療電療法常識
目的
1．冷可使局部血管收縮，控制炎癥擴散
。
2．冷可使毛細血管收縮，減輕局部充血或出血。
3．冷可抑制細胞活動，使末梢神經的敏感性降低，而減輕疼痛。
4．冷直接接觸皮膚，通過物理作用，達到降低體溫。
襟忌證
局部血液循環明顯不良時，慢性炎癥或深部有化膿病灶時，枕後、耳郭、陰囊處忌用冷療法。對冷敏感、心臟病及體質虛弱者應慎用。
操作準備
1．準備冰袋及套。
2．檢查冰袋有無破損
3．將冰袋攜至床旁，核對床號、姓名，向患者說明應用目的。
操作要點
1．將冰袋放置所需部位，半小時後測體溫，在體溫單上用虛線與原來體溫相聯，降溫至38℃以下，應取下冰袋。2．冰袋用後，處理掉。

【使用功效】
1.改善眼部微循環，消除用眼疲勞，恢復睫狀肌彈性，抑制視力衰弱，具有明目功效。
2.改善用腦過度引起的頭暈眼花、健忘、厭食等不適感，減輕偏頭痛、神經衰弱、失眠等腦疲勞綜合癥，提高工作效率。
3.幫助消除眼袋、皺紋、黑眼圈，促進新陳代謝，增強眼周皮膚的光潔度和彈性。
【使用方法】
放置冰箱內，經過與冷處理（4-10℃冷藏）30分鐘，即可戴於眼部。一般配戴5-10分鐘，也可根據個人癥狀適當延長。無任何副作用。
【註意事項】
1.本品隻適合外用，如不慎損壞包裝使內液沾及眼睛或皮膚，用清水洗凈即可。
2.如使用者的循環系統有毛病，應先請教醫生。
【儲存】
置於陰涼幹燥處或冰箱冷藏，防止紫外線照射。
【特別適合於】電腦操作員、學生、司機等長時間用眼者，可重復使用。
