產品介紹
該設備使用樹脂磨盤，其磨盤重量輕，功耗小，單個磨頭功率為7.5KW，其耗電量比為傳統連續磨機的1/3.操作控製系統采用PLC終端控製，通過液晶觸摸屏進行參數設置，磨頭升降及磨拋壓力采用氣動控製，其壓力大小需求在設定值內可調，磨頭橫向磨拋速度及進板速度均采用變頻調速並可在設定值范圍內靈活設置。自動進板，磨頭智能化識別板形狀進行連續磨拋，生產效率高，成本低，一套設備抵多臺手扶磨或橋式半自動磨機生產率，僅需人工1-2人。

本設備適用於花崗巖條板的連續磨拋，特別適用大批量生產及板材光澤度在100度以上的生產需求.
