偉基業牌系列電動和麵機分有PC-15、PC-25、PC-50型，本機是一種麵粉攪拌器，該機適用於企事業單位食堂、招待所、大、中、小餐館、工廠、學校、部隊等。本機設計合理，操作方便，具有和麵工作，效率高，本機零件采用不銹鋼或電鍍外理，符合衛生要求。

註意事項:
1.使用前應對機器全麵檢查各轉動部分是否有障礙物，潤滑部分是否暢通，麵鬥內是否清潔。
2.檢查電源是否與本機使用電壓相符，安全地線是否可靠，裝上漏電開關。
3.單相（220V）攪拌機註意使用電源電壓偏差應不超過額定電壓的±5%，如使用電源電壓高於230V或低於210V時均應采用大於該電動機的額定功率10%以上調壓器或穩壓器供電使用。
4.試機接通電源，註意機器旋轉方向是否與轉向箭頭一致，如果旋轉方向與箭頭反向時可將電源的其中兩條對調，（三相380V）即可使轉向正常。
5.試機後待機器正常運轉，將麵粉加入麵鬥內進行攪拌（水量可根據麵粉量而定）待拌均勻後，斷開電源，拉開定位鎖，使箱體下傾90°即可取出麵團。（機器工作時嚴禁將手放入麵鬥內）。
6.工作完畢後，應對機器清潔，蓋好箱，確保衛生，各轉動部份加潤滑油待下次使用方便。

3 Mixer which is worked under 220v voltage, should not exceed ±5% of the rated voltage t. When using the voltage of power to be higher than 230V or lower than 210 Vs, Should adopt the voltage regulators or stability device of rated voltage which is more than 10% rated voltage greater than this electrical machinery and supply power to use.
4 Connected with power, pay attention to direction with unanimous to turn to the arrow point. If can replac two among them of the power when it is reverse to rotate the direction and arrow point, Three-phase 380V can make the direction normally.
5 When run well after test the machine, put flour into surface mix in fighting (water is depend on flouring). After mixing evenly, turn off the power, draw back and orientate the lock, Make the case body can take out the dough to have a down dip. (No putting hand into surface when working)
6 After working, Should clean the machine, cover the box to assure the hygiene, and add lubricating oil in rotational parts for easy to use next time.
Be careful: This utensil can’t have water nozzles that are washed directly.
