YEG Collective Tricot Warping Machine

YGE一次性集體經編整經機是我廠開發的高質量、高性能整經機。該機將三隻或四隻或五隻21英寸幅寬的盤頭集中一起裝在該機進行集中整經；也可以直接做一根整軸放在該機上進行集中整經。由於多個盤頭一起整經，長度及張力均為零誤差，所以，經編質量好，盤頭上無尾紗浪費，整經、織造效率都高。

適用整經根數不多的經編整經盤頭。

YEG collective tricot warping machine is a high quality and performance warper for warp-knitted fabrics developed by our factory. The machine can wind yarns onto three, four or five sets of 21-inch wide beams at the same time, can also make a bigger single beam work at a time. The simultaneously-processing make the tension difference zero of yarns among the group of beams. So the machine contributes to a good knitting quality, non-waste, efficiency of warping and knitting.

主要特點：Main Featrures

1、 高速度、大卷裝、交流電機直接拖動經軸，並由PLC控制，光柵編碼器計長測速，變頻器實現無級調速，恒線速卷繞。

2、 操作界麵由先進的電腦系統和觸摸屏的智能終端組成，可設定顯示各種工藝性能參數；有故障檢測系統檢測故障。

3、 箱體采用高強度厚鋼板焊接，強度好，機體重，保證整經平穩。

4、 采取左右鉗制式雙重剎車，通過氣頂油增壓缸實現制動，保證制動效果良好。

5、 氣動式上落盤頭，盤頭拍合夾緊采用電機驅動，機械夾緊，定心準確安全。

6、 筒子架上配張力器和斷紗自停裝置。

7、 在車頭和筒子架之間增加瞭一道吹風斷紗自停，提高瞭整經質量。

8、 配靜電消除裝置。

1. High warping speed, great yarn package, direct beam driven by AC motor, controlled by PLC. The warped length and speed are measured and counted by a grating coder, inverter regulated to a constant linear warping speed.
2. The intelligent operating interface consists of computer and touch screen, on which various technological parameters are set and troubles checked and indicated
3. The gearing box is made of high-strength steel sheets, resulting in a good strength and rigidity, ensuring a smooth running.
4. The beams are braked at both ends with clamping brakes, the clamping force is enhanced by a supercharge to produce a rapid braking.
5. The beams are pneumatically put up and down, motor-driven mechanically positioned and clamped with accuracy and safety.
6. The creel is equipped with tensioners and stop motions.
7. A set of additional cleaning and stop motion is set between the head end and the creel to improve warping quality.
8. A static electricity eliminator is equipped to the machine.
