          卓鵬的竹節紗裝置是機電一體化產品,應用數字伺服驅動技術,自動控制竹節紗的生產(節長、節距和節粗），使開發和變換竹節紗品種非常容易。該裝置可以生產各種各樣的竹節紗，幾乎沒有限制。                                       

       竹節紗程序的編寫非常簡單，可以直接竹節紗裝置的彩色觸摸屏上編制，也可以在辦公室的電腦上的管理軟件上編制，並通過隨身碟拷貝到竹節紗裝置上。

      This Slub Spinning System is a high mech-electrical technology product, which is driven and controlled automatically by number-servo control system, automatically controlling the whole spinning processes (including Slub length, pitches and thickness). It is very easy for customers to develop new products and change spinning processes, almost no limit at all.

       It is very easy for customers to edit the program for the spinning processes. You can directly edit the program on the Touch-screen on site and you can also edit the program on your computer at your office, and then copy it to the system by a movable disk.

ZP-20DE型細紗機竹節紗裝置特點:

＊適紡范圍:本裝置可以安裝到上海二紡機EJM138JLD(長車)、EJM128K、FA503、FA507；德國青澤319SL、德國立達K44；日本HOWA 33G（長車）；經緯紡機F1520、F1516、FA506、FA502等細紗機上。 1~80s純棉、棉麻混紡及化纖的竹節紗；可紡有規律、無規律、節上帶節、比例模糊、多層次模糊、隨機取值竹節等竹節紗；竹節長度１５mm以上,竹節間距：30mm以上，竹節粗度：５０～６００％

 ＊Application:Ring Spinning frames:Shanghai ErFangJi:EJM138JLD，EJM128K，FA503, FA507；ＧermanyZinser: Ｇermany Rieter 319SL;Japen howa33G;Jingwei: FA502, FA506, A513W, A512 and etc.

- Spinnable Range: Ne 1-80 pure cotton, ramie and cotton blends and chemical fibers and their blends;

- Spinning Mode: Regular cycling; Random cycling; Slub-plus-Slub; Ratio illegible; Different illegible and Random value and etc.
