APPLICATION:

MT2000，MT3500 Hot Melt Glue Machine adopted metering gear pumps, could tracking glue amount on low/high production line speed. Widely apply to Baby Diaper, Adult Incontinence Product, Lady Sanitary Napkin, Panty Liner, Breast Pad, Disposable Mattress Pad, Pet Pad, Nonwoven Lamination, (Diaper) Absorbent Core Lamination, Nonwoven-PE Lamination production line, etc.

FEATURE:

u    Touch screen operation panel, showing each status of glue machine, Guns(heads) and hoses, easy to operate.

u    Temperature control module + PLC controller, to build the most stable hot melt glue machine system.

u    Modularized electrical component, easy to maintain and exchange.

u    Double protection (software and hardware) for low-temp and over-temp. Protecting motor when temperature is too low, and break off when temperature is too high, safety assurance.

u    PT100 temperature sensor, accurate temp control.

u    Adopt Impulse Tracking System for the glue amount, anti-dust and anti-interference could ensure uniform glue amount in any kind of working environment.

u    Adopt universal joint couplings, flexible connection, extend gear pump lifespan, and simple installation, easy for maintenance and exchange gear pump.

u    Each Gun(head) matching with one Reflux Valve and one Gear Pump, glue amount is accurate controlled, gluing stably and easy to adjust.

u    Melt-on-need Hopper, dual-layer Dupont Teflon coated inside, reduce carbonization

u    Precise filter for each output, stop impurities, reduce blocking. And the newest filter structure makes it easy to clean, save times.

u    Adopt Cable connector imported from Italy, safety assurance
