     本機是我公司采用臺灣技術及生產加工工藝，結合目前市場上割圈絨類織物的特點研制而成。適用范圍：毛毯、地毯、珊瑚絨、梳棉絨、葵花絨、長毛絨、松針絨、孔雀絨、稻草榮及各種服裝布料/面料等。本機是替代經編機的理想設備。

The technology and production technics of this machine are from Taiwan, it combines the specifications of cut-pile fabric of the market.. This machine is mainly used for blanket, carpet, coral fabric, carding velvet, sun-flower velvet, high-pile, pine-fabric and all kinds of garments material. It is also the ideal machine for the replacement of warp knitting machine.

●山角變化多，組織結構調整范圍廣，既可以采用鉤刀一體進行切割毛圈，也可以采用鉤刀分離進行毛圈切割。

●毛高調整范圍大。目前市場上的同類設備全長很難超過60mm，而本機通過對山角的特殊設計，使全毛長范圍最長可達70mm。

●采用改變山角之跑道軌跡來改變刀針運行軌跡，從而改變瞭織物的組織結構，使織物的風格與效果達到甚至超過經編織物的要求。

●針盤采用多點位調節，運行精度高，從而降低瞭針盤的磨損度，出針平穩，大大降低瞭毛麵及底佈的瑕疵及漏針。

●Cams are changeable, the adjustment range is wide; knives and needles can work as a unit, or can work separately.

●The range of pile-height is wide, the maximum height of other machines in the market is 60mm,but this machine can be 70mm,due to its special design for the cams.

●The motion of the needles depends on the cams, the style of the fabric can be better than the warp knitted fabric.

The needle drum can be adjusted in many positions, running precision is high, so the abrasion of the drum is much less; the action of the needle is smooth, the fault of the fabric can be reduced a lot.
