管式蓄電池正板柵的壓鑄生產，在國外已全麵普及，壓鑄板柵在板柵鉛筋強度、結晶密實度等方麵比澆鑄板柵具有很大的優勢，而且因壓鑄時采用鉛鍋底部打鉛，能夠防止氧化鉛混入板柵，同時由於采用全封閉系統，對環保非常有利，可以保護操作工不受鉛塵污染。壓鑄板柵蓄電池經過實踐檢驗，各項參數指標比澆鑄板柵蓄電池有較大的提高。目前，我們國傢生產鉛酸蓄電池和極板的廠傢使用的壓鑄機多從國外進口，但不可否認，進口壓鑄機不僅價格昂貴，而且維修和配件也很麻煩，給使用者帶來瞭很多額外的負擔。
管式電池正板柵壓鑄機是我公司重點開發的產品，是根據國外設備進行消化吸收，不斷改進並進行技術升級的產品，我公司生產的正板柵壓鑄機適用於管式蓄電池的正板柵的生產。設備經過多次消化及改進，技術已非常成熟，並於06年5月取得國傢實用新型專利證書，投放市場後贏得瞭用戶的肯定和好評。

○主要采用液壓傳動系統壓鑄，壓鑄壓力大，壓鑄平穩，液壓系統采用無級調速及壓力控制；
○熔鉛爐采用電加熱方式，溫度實現自動控制並具備規定的調整范圍，爐膽保溫采用輕質低導熱系數材料；
○噴嘴、模具溫度采用電加熱管加熱方式，溫控采用數字機表顯示、控制，具有高溫報警功能；
○循環水通過模具冷卻流道降溫，模溫自動控制並可調節(YZJ-300型模具不控溫)；
○模具采用高強度、高硬度材料保證板柵成型；采用聯鎖安全裝置，由壓鑄機自動完成合模、壓鑄、開模、頂出的工作循環，確保安全生產；
○電氣控制部分，設備采用進口觸摸屏和PLC對系統進行程序控制，顯示設備運行狀態及實時工藝參數；具有手動、自動、全自動控制功能，並具有動態演示，數字設定工藝參數的功能，使操作者更直觀的瞭解操作方法。
