纖維球濾料介紹

    恒盛纖維球濾料是由滌綸、丙綸或者腈綸絲紮結而成的球形濾料，具有彈性效果好，不上浮水麵，空隙大，工作周期長，水頭損失小等優點。在過濾過程中，濾層空隙沿水流方向逐漸變小，比較符合理想濾料由上大下小的孔隙率分佈，從而形成瞭濾速快，截污容量大，過濾效果好，可再生反復使用，不必全部更換，省時省力等優點。纖維球濾料，可將不易沉淀去除的微小懸浮物截留。濾速比傳統砂濾料高3.5倍，濾料能反洗再生，可實現自動化管理。

纖維球濾料特點

    恒盛纖維球選用高醛化維呢綸，定型滌綸絲為原料。用自身表麵所沾附的大量生物團與充氧，污水反復接觸，使廢水中的懸浮物及有機物降解而達到處理目的。它的特點在於：1、質輕、強度高，物理化學性能穩定，經久耐用。2、隨水飄動的纖維絲，使填料之間空隙可變，不易被生物膜堵塞。3、比表麵積大，活性強，處理效果好。

    恒盛纖維球濾料可將不易沉淀去除的微小懸浮物截留。濾速比傳統砂濾料高3.5倍，濾料能反洗再生，可實現自動化管理，一般濾速30m/h，粗濾進水100mg/l，出水SS≤5mg/l，精濾進水20mg/l，出水≤2mg/l。廣泛應用於油田、化工、電力、冶金等行業的高標用水；循環、旁濾和廢水回收利用。
