瓶蓋設計：

熱流道系統：
瓶蓋註塑模具采用導熱性能優越的熱流道系統。導熱快速，在瓶蓋的製造過程中能夠快速升溫，達到理想的加熱效果。在熱流道瓶蓋註塑模具的每個模腔內都有一個微型的噴嘴，保證瞭較大的註塑流量，較小的瓶蓋連接點，良好的導熱性能。
鋼材及加工工具：
瓶蓋註塑模具選用上好的鋼材製作而成。為瞭滿足不同的加工要求，也會選用不同的模具鋼材分別製作型芯，模腔，導柱，框架等。高硬度，良好的加工性能是以上鋼材的優點。CNC加工中心，高精度座標鏜床，高壓EDM成型機保證瞭精確的加工及高質量的成品。這些設備的主要特點就是加工精確，快速。
質量監控：
在設計瓶蓋之前，我們就很註意瓶蓋的形狀及瓶蓋的螺紋。在製造的過程中，我們采用最適宜的加工技術和工具。組裝後，我們進行多次試模，如果必要我們會做相應的調整以達到顧客的要求。

2.The cap mould is made of high grade steels from Japan and imported P20 and 2316 steel, etc.

3.The cap molds is designed with advanced second-level taper positioning technology and slide-type independent self-locking, hence the concentricity of the product is guaranteed.

4.Cap Molds adopts advanced and reasonable design, each cavity having independent temperature control & heating system, which boasts an even heating temperature and keeps product with reliable and stable quality.

5.Closure mould has independent condensation system in each mold cavity and mould core. Mold cavity is replaceable, so that the label atop can be changed.
