該機是由一臺2.2KW的電動機拖動一臺CBT-E316型齒輪泵產生每cm2 16mPa 的油壓去推動液壓油缸做往復運動，將產品壓製和脫模工序在12秒鐘內完成，其產成品的密度及外觀獲得瞭相當滿意的結果。於國外同類手動成型機相比，勞動效率提高瞭3倍，而且明顯的降低瞭員工的勞動強度。
在此基礎上，根據用戶的不同需求，我司可以開發出一模雙塊和一機雙模等最新款機型。相信該機型優良的技術性和實用性將獲得廣大用戶青睞。
