燈管產品說明及使用對象：

      該燈為紫外線低壓汞燈即無臭氧石英紫外線殺菌燈，具有強烈的殺菌作用。廣泛用於生物研究、制藥、食品工業及醫療衛生單位，是物品消毒、空氣消毒、食品貯藏及光化反應的有效光源。

      由於該燈的光譜峰值為254nm，所以在絲網印刷行中也可以用於對皺紋油墨的感光作用，被稱為皺紋燈。利用這種波長，使其對油墨進行表麵固化，因為這種波長屬於短波，不能進入油墨層的底部，表麵固化瞭，可是中間和底部卻沒有固化，在進入高壓汞燈范圍時候，就會產生褶皺現象，一般情況下，油墨層越厚，皺紋越大，效果越好。利用這種工藝，就會產生冰花，水晶，皺紋等效果。
      我公司生產的殺菌燈功率從8W-50W並通過瞭衛生防疫站的檢測，強度高殺菌力強。

燈管使用註意事項:
■ 使用時必須配備相應規格的變壓器及電容器.
■使用前必須用無水乙醇將燈管表麵擦乾凈，嚴禁用手直接觸摸.
■燈管由高壓汞蒸氣放電產生強烈長波紫輻射（主線為365納米）.
■強紫外線能灼傷眼睛和皮膚，使用中應避免燈光的直接照射；
■燈管意外破損，導致汞蒸氣散發，現場人員務必立即離開，讓現場持續通風20-30分鐘，防止汞蒸氣被吸入體內而導致中毒；安全時對現場進行及時清理，回收的汞原料可留作實驗用.（假如燈管在密封的UV固化機內破裂，因燈罩上有風機抽風冷卻，可以啟到往室外排的作用，所以一般對UV機操作人員無傷害）.

( if the lamp in the sealed UV curing machine breakdown, because of lampshade with fan ventilation cooling, can open to an outdoor exhaust effect, so the general operation personnel to UV damage).

 燈管質量保用事項：

■凡在我公司購買的紫外線燈管，我公司均有質量保證。我公司產品在出廠時都經過嚴格檢測，請客戶放心使用。

■紫外線燈管屬於玻璃易碎品，請客戶在收到貨物後首先檢查外包裝紙箱有無破損（請認準我公司專用紙箱），如紙箱有破損請及時致電我公司確認。確認外包裝完好時可簽收，簽收後及時檢查產品內包裝、清點數量，如有疑問請及時聯系我公司。

■ 紫外線燈管我公司均有保用時間，在使用期間如有質量問題，我公司提供免費更換。

■如收到貨與實際購買產品不符合或者因客戶原因提出退貨更換，需提前跟我公司說明情況。對於退回產品請不要撕開產品內包裝袋，請將燈管完好包裝放回我司外包裝紙箱退回（因燈管是易碎品請小心包裝好，防止運輸途中破損）。如燈管有破損或者燈管有拆包裝使用的情況，我公司將不予退貨。
