沸石是一種架狀結構的堿土金屬鋁矽酸鹽礦物質，化學式為：（Na,k,ca）2-3【Al3(Al,si)2si13o36】·12H2O;為肉紅色或其它淺色，具有比表麵積大，吸附性能好，離子交換能力強，化學性能穩定等特點，廣泛應用於石油化工，輕工，環保，建材，畜牧業等領域。我廠生產的斜發沸石濾料經選礦、粉碎、篩分、焙燒等加工而成，主要用於中小型鍋爐用水的軟化處理，以除去水中的鈣、鎂離子和重金屬離子，從而減少鍋爐內水垢的生成，減輕水側金屬的腐蝕，延長鍋爐的使用壽命。在廢水處理中，可用於除去水中的磷和鉛以及六價格。失效後的沸石可用濃鹽水逆流再生後重復使用。
