特 點
1、 與固定流化床相比，因為有兩臺高頻振動電機的作用，使得產生物料流化所需氣流速度大大降低，從而減小瞭空氣流量和動力消耗，特別是流化狀態更穩定，不會產生固定床存在的溝流和騰湧現象；
2、 物料顆粒在熱氣流中處於懸浮狀態，得到充分混合和高度分散，顆粒的所有表麵都參與熱質交換，故氣固兩相間的傳熱傳質系數高；
3、 氣固兩相傳熱速率高，使物料床層溫度均勻性很容易調節，保證瞭物料乾燥的均勻性；
4、 物料在床層內停留時間一般在數分鐘至數小時之間可任意調節，對難於乾燥或乾燥產品含水率要求低的物料特別適合；
5、 結構簡單，操作方便。不適合於易粘結或結塊的物料乾燥。
