ng>     內加熱流態化乾燥是在常規流化床乾燥和間接加熱式乾燥基礎上發展起來的一種新型乾燥技術。它將管式熱交換器沉浸在流態化乾燥物料中，物料脫水所需熱量由內加熱交換器和流化用熱空氣共同提供，實現對流和傳導換熱一體化，以較少的風量滿足物料流態化乾燥的要求。

  Internal heating fluidized drying technology has been developed into a new type of drying technology based on the regular fluidized bed drying and indirectly heated drying. It immerses the tubular heat exchanger in the fluidized materials, the required heat of material dehydration is provided by the internal heat exchanger and fluidizing used hot air together. This will realize integration of convection and heat transfer by conduction, and meet the requirement of material fluidized drying with less air volume.
