MK9025A型數控光學曲線磨床是由精密投影測量機，多自由度的磨頭及工作臺等組成，適用於加工經熱處理硬化的各種精密復雜的模具、樣板、成型刀具、滾輪等。 結構特點： 1、工作臺拖板和滑座均拖板采用直線滾動導軌副並由滾珠絲桿副傳動。 2、往復滑板采用雙V型鑲鋼滾針導軌副並由可調偏心連桿機構傳動，往復平穩，換向無沖擊，換向端點，定位精度高。 3、采用交流變頻調速系統控制砂輪轉速和滑板往復速度，實現無級調速。砂輪架和滑座組成多個自由度，可對各個方向進行加工。 數控系統： 數控光學曲線磨床帶有四軸計算機控制系統，分別對工作臺拖板及滑板進行控制，分辨率為1mm可作二軸聯動連續軌跡磨削，除計算機自動控制運動外配有手動控制功能，為操作者提供選擇多種加工方法。 一機多用： 本機床備有多種夾具附件，具有多種功能，集曲線、磨圓、測量於一身，一機多用，使用方便。
