ng style="font-weight: normal;">ng style="font-weight: normal;">1、使用機械前，應檢查軸承、水泵系統轉動是否均勻，嚴防雜物卡住、堵塞貨切麵配合過緊，，要緊固好各螺栓。

ng style="font-weight: normal;">ng style="font-weight: normal;">2、動力機械安裝完畢，首先對泵體內加水至水管位置。

ng style="font-weight: normal;">ng style="font-weight: normal;">3、檢查所加工物料是否幹凈，無雜物，啟動動力，檢查水泵系統是否供水後，再投料，若出現粗，有渣皮、渣塊，調整機體側面三棵調整螺栓，使組皮板調至所需位置。

ng style="font-weight: normal;">ng style="font-weight: normal;">4、若產生大噪音和振動，應立即停機檢查，軸承是否磨損，螺栓是否松動，機體內是否有雜物，軸轉動是否平穩等正常後方可以工作。

ng style="font-weight: normal;">ng style="font-weight: normal;">5、在工作狀態下，嚴禁石子、砂料、木塊、鐵釘等硬雜物進入機體內損傷磨齒和機體，影響效率。
